Her name is Felicia Day. The first place most of saw her was in Buffy season 7 and a commercial for Cheetos. She was also in Joss Whedon's Dr. Horrible, and has lots of appearances in tv shows.

This is video is from the online-only show "The Guild", which basically pokes fun at MMORPG players... especially WoW. As a WoW player, I can say it's funny because it's true!
