They could be silently suffering RIGHT NOW and not even know it.
It doesn't have to be that way.
DO something - make a difference - declare your love.
Don't wait until there's no choice, do it while you have one.
There is no excuse.

Hopefully it will make a difference.
They should make that vaccine available everywhere and hold clinics for people who either don't have insurance or can't afford it. It's not fair that those who have cash or insurance are the only ones who can be spared from that virus, you know?

Date: 2007-09-20 09:17 pm (UTC)1. By the time women get any symptoms, it's usually too late.
2. All it takes is routine check ups to prevent.
3. (And this is probably the biggest one) Those of us who have insurance are the only ones who can check and maintain prevention. The poor shouldn't be subjected to disease simply because of the financial status in life. They have a right to live like everyone else.
=/ If it were my choice, the vaccine would be available to everyone, regardless of moral standpoints or money. Placing your child at risk simply because you have a moral standpoint of premarital sex is fucking retarded. Kids are not angels. I would think the parent would want to protect their child from a harmful disease before engaging in human behavior.
*sighs* Eh... don't mind my rambling. I'm uber PMSy today.

3. yeeeep.
indeed. and it's not like it gives them a license to screw carefree. there are still other strains of hpv, aids, herpes, and loads of other crap that can stick around forever or a long ass time.
