LE SIGH.

Here I be, at Rich & Leslie's. (yay for rhymes)

Rich figured out that my old computer done died. Apparently when I defragged my harddrive, my computer ate a file. A very important file. The one that tells your puter how to read your partitioned drive. So all my computer sees is code. Lots and lots of code.

I am sad, for I have many a memory on that computer that I can't get now. But this is life. I don't have him doing anything with it right now cause maybe one day I will find someone that goes "oh, I know how to fix that!".

Thankfully, Jim let me keep the gaming computer (which was his) so I have a computer. And thankfully Andrew gave me a back up drive (sadly, the day after I requested such a thing, my computer crapped out, such is my life) so I can back up my muzak and peektures.

My other drive is otay. Which was my lifeblood. I would have WEPT if that wasn't able to be salvaged. Since I had two drives, life is okay.

In other news, I had a blastie blast at Cheeseburger in Paradise, even if I didn't karaoke. Wee.

Rich is going through all my pictures now. He is amused. *grins*

ETA: Crap. I just realized all my webcam pix from days of YORE were on there. *sigh* And here I thought I was just losing lots of precious text. *grumble*
