So, we went out to Dave & Buster's tonight.

And, I had my card, which had some points on it.

By the end of the night, I had over 12,000 points on it. Pretty close to 13k.

I went into the store, for shits and giggles.

I always said I was saving up for an XBox, just because.

Well, they actually HAD something I wanted.



For 15k. So Squish let me have @2k of his points!

I now am part of the iPod community.

It's got a gig!

I'm gonna be putting a ton of music on there for the gym <3

I went up to the guy, slapped both cards on the counter and said "I want an iPod Shuffle!" and he goes "DAAYUMM! I haven't sold one of THESE yet!" Hehehhee...

So, the manager comes over cause, ya know, they have everything in that security pod thing, and he must have scanned my cards cause he goes "You must REALLY like that trivia machine"

Dood. We pwn the trivia machine at D&B. We commondere it like the geeks we are. And then try to out geek each other.

I have my Aunt's shuffle this weekend too (oddly enough) and I'm putting music on hers too. Good time to figure all this out! :D

yay iPod! you guys are ridiculous at the trivia thing, i kinda wanted to play but i didn't dare get in yous guys way.

it's a good thing i left when i did, it got progressively uglier the further north I got, and it's snowing pretty hard in Oneonta at the moment. ugh, i hate driving in the snow, that you-are-flying-through-space warp effect you get in the dark gives me a headache.

Word of advice. Turn the auto update feature off. That way you can move the music on the ipod anyplace you please, without the new itunes install offering to format it for you.

I agree as well. What I do is make it a point to upload music to my hard drive, wherever I keep music at and THEN choose what I want to move over to iTunes. If not, iTunes takes over like a virus and it gets all difficult.

what's pissing ME off? i have ALL my music anal retentively put in order "artist - songname" and it fucked all that up. so nothing is where it should be. SOME of it is. but it's like. fucking with my OCD.

I can't tell you how many countless hours i've spent tweaking things in iTunes, and i'm still not happy with it most days, but it works okay. Unfortunately, doesn't really matter what the file name says, iTunes is probably going to recognize it differently. If it recognizes it at all.

I love the Runabout. I wear the shuffle on my wrist like a watch while I am at work, working out, etc. About the only time I don't use it, is when I drive.
