I gots me one of them sinus headaches. It goes from the base of my skull to the edge of my nose.

I took two advil. NUFFIN.

I think it's time for 2 more soon.

I know it looks weird and feels even weirder, but I'd like to recommend nasal irrigation. It works wonders on sinus pressure.

Yep.

The first time I did it it was the weirdest thing because it felt like waves lapping up against my eyeballs. But then my nose and sinuses felt SO MUCH BETTER.

I have my own little neti pot now and everything.
