Is a lazy weekend.

Today on the Pookie Squishie Cooking Show, we have IRISH STEW in the crock pot.

And impromptu "just throw it in the pot" chicken soup from the chicken carcass I had leftover from last night's jet stream oven chicken.

In the soup is the meat from the chicken carcass, the thighs, a can of carrots, a can of sliced potatoes, a can of peas, a can of corn, broth and various seasonings.

Then I dumped in egg noodles. This is the prettiest chicken soup I have ever made.

Then again, it's only my second venture at it.
