It's like, they know...

What Is Your Battle Cry?

Lo! Who is that, striding over the cliffs! It is Synnoveaevael, hands clutching a mighty sword! She howls homicidally:

"I'm going to flog you so painfully, your screams will reanimate the dead!!!"

Stupid lungs.

It is SO FRIGGIN COLD OUT. That wind is NUTS!!!

I've taken to wearing sweat pants with my skirts. You can't see them, which if you know me and how big I wear my sweats, that's pretty impressive.

I have the bottom of them tucked into the top of my boots, ren style, baybee.

It is so cold.

My bed this morning was SO soft and SO warm. Getting out of it was horrible. I'm so spoiled. *sigh*

I've started reading again. Nothing has been catching my interest lately. Ask [livejournal.com profile] embly917. I still haven't gotten through the fourth Harry Potter book. Been trying to fight my way through "Angels & Demons" as well with no avail. So I picked up a Mary Jo Putney book. So far, so good. It's a historical romance with a pirate flare.

So, last night after a rather fun phone convo, and some tarot card reading, I read. It was good stuff!! Carnivale was on in the background <3 mah iO. :D

Today, be Wednesday. I have nothing planned. Might reeeaddd. Might nooottt. Hehehee.

Heidi & I are going out for Vinni's kick ass pizza today. Mmm.

I LOVE THIS ICON!!! ♥

Okies.

By my recent thread, I'm starting to see a few of us are closet historical romance novel fans.

Raise your hands if you are!!

Tell me who you like, what your favorite genre is, and any other fun tidbits!!

I'm always looking for someone new with that certain flare that makes me unable to put down the book.

So far, I think my favorite author is Julia Quinn, even though she tends to be a bit more recent that I usually go for, but my favorite book of all time is Julie Garwood's "The Bride".

*sigh*

My great aunt Miki's been diagnosed with cancer of the kidney.

She'd fought and beaten breast cancer, and she had a blockage in her aorta, but she gotten through that too.

Now this.

*sigh*

edit: She's going in for surgery tomorrow.

*crosses fingers*
